The Future of Privacy Forum along with other student data privacy advocates were featured in the May issue of the National Association of State Boards of Education’s editorial the Standard. The May edition, called “The Power of Data” features articles that discuss school data use and student privacy.
The Software & Information Industry created the “Privacy Guidelines for Building a Student Privacy Trust Framework” to help policymakers craft laws that require custodians of student information to be responsible in way they use the data and mindful of a student’s privacy.
